With its exclusive range of Boutique Italian Wines, a moveable feast nurtures a passion for unusual, often unknown varieties and regions, the quality of whose wines will surprise your clients and colleagues and make your event memorably different. Think of Sherry as your Great-Aunt's sticky brown tipple of choice at Christmas? Think again - from bone dry Manzanilla to Richly nutty dry Oloroso, this tasting will confound all expectations and have you heading for the nearest Tapas bar to carry on the party. Price: £35

'Vintellect - List Tips'
A mildly irreverent but highly practical session teaching you how to navigate around restaurant’s wine menus. Salient points are illustrated by accompanying wines in this essential and failsafe guide for impressing your clients, and any potential father-in-law. Like a respectable golf handicap, it shouldn’t be a necessary social skill - but it is. Price: £40

'Settentrione Set-up'
Classic Champagne, Burgundy, Bordeaux and Loire wines compared against hiddens gems from the lesser-known regions of Alto Adige, Trentino and Friuli in Northern Italy. Price: £40

'Bordeaux vs Barolo'
A red-dominated evening comparing different vintages a top estate in each of these two historic regions, finishing with a Sauternes/Passito comparison. Price: £60

‘The Big Guns’
Continuing the comparison theme, the top regions of France and Italy go head to head with a selection wines including Barolo vs Burgundy, Brunello vs Bordeaux, and Chateauneuf-du-Pape vs Amerone We blind taste them and compare and contrast styles and history. Best Tasting note takes home a bottle of their choice. Price: £60

Drink Like Bond
A bibulous journey through the iconic spy's top-end drinks cabinet - featuring his preferred drinks from both literature and film starting with a Vesper Martini (Casino Royale), moving through various Champagnes:  Comtes de Champagne, Taittinger (Casino Royale), Dom Perignon (first appears in Dr No and then various – Sean Connery), Bollinger Grande Annee (first appears in Live and Let Die and then various – Roger Moore/Pierce Brosnan); via Sake (served at the correct temperature, of course, in You Only Live Twice); then on to classic clarets: Ch. Mouton Rothschild (Diamonds are Forever), Ch. Lafite (A View to a Kill) and Ch. Angelus (Casino Royale – film) and finishing with Old Solera Oloroso Sherry (Diamonds are Forever).
